We are an Israeli, vegetarian, foodie family. 6 years ago we became gluten free due to a medical condition. Since then, we have updated our personal cookbook to include incredibly tasty and varied gluten free vegetarian and gluten free vegan dishes. Now we want to share our cookbook with you so you can enjoy it too. The Israeli cuisine was built from the dishes brought to Israel by the people who returned to Israel from the many different diasporas, so it is a very rich and diverse kitchen. The Middle East is a region well known for the richness of its vegetarian cuisine. Many of the dishes in this cookbook are gluten free adaptations of original Israeli, Middle Eastern, child-friendly dishes. we hope you'll enjoy it as much as we do.
